宜蘭市這一兩天已經發生了好多件自殺事件
有高中女生跳樓 老人久病厭世....
還有很多自殺案件 當場有被勸回而打消念頭的或是死意不再堅決而送醫的....
宜蘭現在已經進入寒冷且陰雨綿綿的季節
根據精神科的統計 氣候溫度變化及陰雨綿綿的日子 是憂鬱症好發的季節
身旁有沒有許久沒見面的親人或朋友?
撥個空 去看一下 關心一下吧...
若真的沒時間 起碼也打電話問候一下
有時候 親友 朋友間的一個關心 一句問候就能預防憾事的發生....
