事情就發生在今天下午...
下午忽然很想喝"多那之"的鮮乳奶茶
於是在2點5分時打電話訂了一杯無糖的熱鮮乳奶茶..
並且說待會就去拿...
而當我滿心歡喜的2點20分去櫃檯付錢時
一位壯壯的男店員(沒有別名牌)竟然跟我說沒有紀錄..
也沒有任何的道歉或是詢問其他是否有接電話的店員..
無奈的我只好又點了一次...
但是因為我趕著2點30分有急事..
所以我詢問他要等多久..他就說要再等兩個人...
我當下就小小不高興的說:
我在趕時間,而且為什麼我打電話來訂結果到了現場卻沒有?
(心裡os:就是因為怕來不及,才先打電話訂阿!!)
這位店員竟然很隨便的回答我說:我不知道!!!
沒錯!!他就是用很差的口氣說的理直氣壯!!!!
我整個火都冒上來了!!~~但是因為趕時間..沒時間找店經理出來客訴..
但是相當有個性的這位男店員..從一開始到最後拿飲料給我
都沒有任何的道歉...就連拿飲料給我也一句話都沒說...
身為服務業不是應該顧客至上嗎???
我不解生意這麼好的多那之為什麼店員的素質會這麼差!!!????
希望大家不會跟我一樣倒楣遇到這種店員...
也希望他們能夠改進!!!
哀...一天的好心情都泡湯了~~~
