多益朗文聽力問題...was going to 用法 - 自學

有一題是這樣的

Woman: I was going to take Friday off and not come back until Tuesday.

Man: A four-day weekend! Pretty good!

Woman: Excep I was told to be here first thing Monday morning.

問題是

When will the woman return?

然後答案是Tuesday

我覺得奇怪的地方是

這題題目應該是過去式(was going to 是指過去預定要完成而未完成)

表示Woman應該是星期一回來的

而題目問的是未來式

難道題目的意思是 Woman 原本將計畫何時回來嗎?
