目前寶寶兩個月了,之前都在默默爬文,也曾索取過版上好孕棉,
從大學開始的周期都是45-50天左右,雖然長但很規律就沒有特別在意,
我跟隊友是假日夫妻,台中跟新竹的距離,兩年備孕沒懷上似乎也合理。
直到去年過年前,我跟大嫂去做顱薦椎放鬆,治療師告訴我,
我的右側卵巢有張力,建議我去看婦產科檢查。
幾天後我掛了婦產科,超音波顯示右側子宮有許多囊泡,醫生詢問了週期時間
初步評估疑似多囊,當天抽血檢驗,再過幾天回診得知AMH值10點多,確診多囊,
診所建議下個周期開始吃排卵藥,正式開始了我的備孕之路。
我跟隊友都是33歲,也想要小孩,自認為年紀還不到高齡一直順其自然,
確診後開始感受到壓力,協議再順其自然一年,如果沒有成功,就要去送子鳥。
接下來的日子,各種拜拜中醫運動營養品也是多管齊下,每每到版上爬文,
都期待下一個發心得文的就是我了。去年12月有了好消息,
孕期不適加上還沒抱在手上,一直沒能來發文,最近在家顧小孩比較有空,
來分享一下我的備孕之路。
1.拜拜-台南臨水夫人求花,本身就是台南人,家裡過去也不遠,最近剛去還願
2.西醫-調經量體溫,吃排卵藥照卵泡約半年,但有兩次狀況好的日子剛好不在周末
3.中醫-彭姵綸中醫,挑上這家的原因是離新竹的家很近,醫師也很親切,
大概斷斷續續吃了半年的藥,比較有感的是經期的腰痠也改善很多
4.運動-每周慢跑三次,大概5公里(半小時)
下雨的話改成在室內做30 Min Bodyweight Workout at Home(Youtube有)
5.顱薦椎-之前發現我腹部有異常的治療師,後來又約幾次做情緒釋放跟肌肉放鬆,
可能跟治療後心情輕鬆有關
6.營養品-肌醇、葉酸,版上推薦肌醇養卵,婦產科醫生也建議補充
7.飲食控制-減少澱粉類及手搖杯,第一次妊娠糖尿沒過,後來又戒一次
8.心情放鬆-剛好11月去了泰國一趟(9天小旅行)
其實備孕的路上,每個月失敗的辛酸與失落難對外人說,
從3月到11月跟版上很多人比算是短了,知道自己非常幸運。
最後整理了5份好孕棉要平信贈出,有需要的請來信告知姓名地址,
