本身從國中初經以來從沒正常過
後來診斷是多囊性卵巢
中醫西醫看了十餘年始終沒起色
這幾年出社會有開始培養運動習慣
一個禮拜跑三、四天,有時上上健身房重訓
後來有時候月經會主動自己來了!!(以前都吃藥來的)
但好運沒有持續太久...月經來的時間還是很不固定
什麼基礎體溫量了根本看不出規律,而且常常一來可以長達一個月!
家人一直說要做瑜珈、氣功或打太極拳這種運動才有效果
我也嘗試過瑜珈,可是真的跟瑜珈不合...
每次做完我頭都很暈(換不同老師也一樣)
我習慣做的運動就是跑步、打籃球、跳街舞這種比較動態的
常常在版上看到人家說做運動能改善,後來還能順利懷孕的
大家都是做什麼運動呢?還是說我再繼續加強運動強度?
到底要做什麼運動才有效呀QQ~~~
