大家好，如題最近在看兩房考慮以車站為中心走路不要太久，想詢問在地的大大以下幾個
案子
1.湖口後站的天光，感覺中規中矩高樓層的總價價格也算親人 ，離湖口車站近
2.雲賀，外觀氣派主打5g智能宅，旁邊有水溝的樣子，離湖口車站相對沒天光近
3.站前大時代+ ，離北湖站走路2分鐘，總價比1，2案便宜50-100萬，上櫃公司的案子，
但有新聞報過北湖站曾淹水，還有生活圈似乎跟湖口站還是有差
因為剛出社會小資一族預算考量，所以往湖口新豐看～假如有已購戶或是在地人不方便留
