增強體力的方法? - 時間管理

看到大家那麼早起我都覺得好厲害!!!
我目前是上班族,十二點睡覺,六點起來唸書
雖然感覺已經到身體極限,但隨著考試接近,很想再縮短睡眠時間利用時間讀書
因為我不喜歡熬夜(加速老化+易胖)所以只能選擇早起
請問三點簽名的朋友你們都是幾點睡覺的阿?
我六點起床才維持一星期就覺得受不了,昨天下班後去圖書館精神超差
呆一個小時就回家了,我每天都有騎腳踏車運動的習慣,也有補充B群
(我在懷疑是不是要吃加強的才夠)
想請問大家還有沒有什麼可以增進體力的方法阿?
