增建工程的疑問 - 居家修繕

2.問題描述(請詳述問題在哪)：
家中後半部是用石綿瓦增建的，目前想要打掉重建至三樓
問題是左右鄰居一邊也是用石綿瓦 一邊是用鐵皮屋增建
目前問到的兩種作法
1.與鄰居交接處用鋼板封 然後綁鋼筋內側用的是模版 再灌水泥
這個作法怕鋼板承受不住混凝土的壓力 爆模的話會很慘...
2.用H型鋼當梁柱 牆面部分用紅磚堆砌 在澆水泥
這個作法查不到有人這樣做...另外 鋼骨跟紅磚這兩種材質一起用
地震時 很怕紅磚牆會整面倒下
誠心請教版上有經驗的大大 給點建議 快發瘋了...
到底該怎麼做呢
