很多人都以為運動很難
但我覺得,塑身衣對我來說也超難
我記得剛生完小孩的時候
最重度的撕裂傷,加上要餵奶
不要說穿塑身衣褲,我連內衣都穿不住
所以生完半年後,全身都瘦,就是肚子沒辦法
開始上班後,有試著穿塑身衣,不然肚子凸出來,真的蠻醜的
冬天還勉強穿的住,夏天根本沒辦法
夏天愈來愈熱,我連一般上衣兩件式都受不了,我又容易中暑
而且肚子被壓住的感覺,我都覺得消化不良,容易便秘
穿了好幾個月,發現根本也沒有用
所以我後來放棄塑身衣,去健身房做有氧運動
比起穿塑身衣,運動減重的速度快多了
兩三個月下來,正常吃,一星期3小時有氧運動(一次一小時),從53瘦到50
而且..都是瘦肚子,而且體力變的很好
養成運動習慣後,根本也不太忌口,現在還瘦到48,不過我晚餐過後絕對不再吃東西
不過塑身衣也不用丟唷
冬天的時候,可以當作衛生衣保暖穿,又可以抑制冬天狂吃的欲望
