報名失敗錢被ETS吃掉該怎麼辦 - 英檢

Okey, 我承認我第一次報名托福錢就被吃掉了，當你終於鼓起勇氣報名時竟然遇到這種
狀況，頓時晴天霹靂啊！

為了讓大家不要因為這種小事而影響唸書或考試的心情，整理了一下跟ETS往來的信件
以及整個過程，跟大家分享一下遇到錢被吃掉應該怎麼處理:)


1. 寄信給 [email protected]
因為
a) 台灣的ETS沒有提供TOEFL iBT的服務，只有TOEFL PBT(現在還考這個是要！？)
b) 台灣的ETS會叫你聯絡馬來西亞的ETS尋求TOEFL iBT的服務，
他提供的是0800的電話，只有室內電話才可以打，
如果你只有行動電話就只能打國際電話而且要自己出錢，然後發現沒有用，
還是要聯絡美國的ETS．
c) 所有的財務方面的問題都是由美國的ETS負責．我一開始是瘋狂的寄信給
所有的窗口，包含馬來西亞的窗口([email protected])
以及美國窗口，馬來西亞的窗口給我的最後一封信
是叫我寄給美國的窗口([email protected])，顆顆，信件內容如下：

Please note that all the financial transactions for TOEFL iBT exam are processed by client ETS, USA.
In case you don’t receive the amount within the mentioned timeframe you are requested to contact ETS directly at:

Email: [email protected]

2. 需要提供給 [email protected] 的資料如下，
先描述一下發生什麼事情，他們才知道要怎麼協助你處理．
Full name
Your registered Address
Date of birth
Test date
Test center
Credit card last 4 number
Credit card's bank

3. 約莫過幾個工作日(這次經驗是每個詢問都不會超過2個工作日)就會有答案了，
然後我報名的花費是 USD$170 ，ETS 是還 USD$170(已更正，是ETS自己搞烏龍打錯)，這點我還挺驚訝的，

舊的真實信件內容如下，經再度確認後ETS是還USD$170：

Please note the US$180.00 payment for your failed TOEFL registration
was refunded on May xx, 2015.
The refund should appear on the cardholder's Visa card ending in xxxx
in approximately seven days.
Please allow sufficient processing time and then contact your financial
institution for the refund status.

register online for TOEFL iBT test.
The Regional Registration Center (RRC) can help you to register by
