請問一下
我去年11月底考過第一次托福
現在想在考一次
剛去報名
他說我帳號還在
但log in 進去又一直顯示Sorry, but we are unable to process your information.
然後叫我打給ets
試了好多次都這樣
請問該怎麼辦呢

真的需要打給ets嗎
