每天上下班，要忍受冷得要死又不停下雨的天氣就夠度爛了，然後還要小心翼翼的騎車，
以免因為讓基隆一路爛到底的破路而摔車。今天看到也人因為這爛路而摔車，我真的爆氣
了。
我真他馬的不了解，基隆人挺國民黨是在挺啥意思的？連續10幾年執政，馬路卻一年比一
年更支離破碎。這路況，我看剛打完伊拉克戰爭後的巴格達市區也不過如此。結果你張通
榮只會推說沒預算？
沒錢新鋪馬路，你他馬的要挖路前，不會先整合協調各單位的需要，然後同一時間動工嗎
？沒預算就可以放著路給他爛嗎？
基隆的馬路狀況，就像基隆市政府一樣，果然是絕對執政，絕對腐爛。
