基隆暴雨「特殊狀況」 江揆讚救災快

行政院長江宜樺今天回到家鄉基隆，在市長張通榮陪同下視察
暴雨後災情，當場稱讚基隆市政府救災動作很快，他很欣慰，
還說基隆有災情發生，是因為前一天的暴雨屬於特殊狀況，張
通榮在一旁聽了頻頻點頭，只是日前江宜樺到南部視察時可沒
那麼體貼，外界質疑，不會治水防災救災也分藍綠吧。
