國家住都中心在高雄首個社宅、位於左營海軍基地門口附近的「崇實安居」,今天下午動土
,原本中央與地方聯手要在高雄蓋8800戶社會住宅,出席典禮的行政院長蘇貞昌,應允提高
到1萬戶。
國家住宅及都市更新中心(簡稱國家住都中心),今天下午舉行左營區「崇實安居」社會住
宅動土典禮,行政院長蘇貞昌、高雄市長陳其邁、國家住都中心代理董事長花敬群等人共同
見證,祈求加速提供高雄市的社宅量能。
原本中央與地方聯手,要在高雄蓋8800戶社會住宅,國家住都中心預計蓋6千戶、高市府自
建約2800戶,最近市府希望提高到1萬戶。蘇貞昌今天於動土典禮時允諾,全力協助高雄市
興建社會住宅,將興建目標由原來的8800戶提高為1萬戶。
國家住都中心統計,提高到1萬戶後,將負責興建14案、7715戶,高市府則維持2814戶,總
戶數達10529戶,已經破萬戶。除了今天開工的「崇實安居」,本週五位於鳳山的「鳳誠安
居」、「鳳松安居」也將動土。
「崇實安居」樓高14層,規劃有859戶,因應靠近軍區及左營外來人口較多,其中的一房多
達523戶、二房有232戶、三房104戶,預計2025年3月完工,將開放給年輕人及弱勢族群申請
租屋,房租從64折至8折不等。
國家住都中心強調,「崇實安居」除了住宅,也設有店鋪、健身房、日照中心、兒童閱覽室
及社區集會空間,並取得綠建築、智慧建築及耐震標章,是融合社會福利設施和建築品質的
優質住宅。
高雄市長陳其邁感謝中央協力,共同推動高雄社會住宅的興建,高市府目前已有363戶出租
,興建中的凱旋青樹(機11)及三民中都社宅計359戶,將在明年陸續釋出,至少提供40%給
弱勢族群居住,以落實居住正義。
高雄市副市長林欽榮受訪時指出,中央與地方聯手,高雄從北到南共有17處社會住宅基地,
預計今年底可完成10案統包工程上網公告,未來3至4年內陸續完工啟用。
林欽榮說,因應北高雄逐漸形構完整S型產業廊帶,衍生的企業安家需求,高市府自建的岡
山社宅,目前已辦理統包工程招標,預計今年12月開標,明年2月動土、2025年完工,提供7
64戶社宅;大寮社宅也已完成先期規劃,預計2026年完工啟用;亞灣智慧公宅現已辦理先期
規劃,後續將採分期分區推動社會住宅,提供1600戶!
