芳苑反汙染自救會長林連宗表示，國光石化不是「大小」的問題，而是該不該在彰化
建的問題，「如果汙染真的沒那麼嚴重，為何不在台北蓋？八里還有現成的台北港，
不是更省成本嗎？」大城鄉居民許立儀也沉痛表示，一碗粥上有一顆蟑螂屎，整碗都
得丟掉，沒有減少「四成」就不必丟的道理。
