國光客運縣內路線搭車處 - 宜蘭

太久沒坐國光客運了@@"
以前的印象「宜蘭站」是在蔡仰中診所旁邊那邊搭乘
而「羅東站」是在夜市附近的郵局那裡搭乘...
想請問那現在宜蘭站和羅東站分別要在那邊搭乘呢? (縣內路線，非國道路線)
是在轉運站裡面嗎?還是另外有設點?
知道的人煩請告知，感謝^^
