台灣自來水股份有限公司辦理「台中市烏日區精忠橋∮900m/m改接管線遷移工程」施工，
彰化市、花壇鄉白沙、文德二村，
自101年11月12日下午8時起至101年11月13日中午12時止停水計16小時，
（彰化市阿夷、古夷及茄苳里復水延至11月13日下午3時）請儲水備用。
水壓降低區域：
和美鎮嘉寶、糖友、中寮、中圍等里、花壇鄉北口村、岩竹村，亦請提早因應儲水備用。
