從小家裡早餐都是自己煮,第一次吃到早餐外食,就是"傳統蛋餅+豆漿"
一試就愛上了!!!!但現在幾乎都是用現成蛋餅皮再加些東西就上桌....我不愛

也在我上班搭車點的附近,所以今早特別去繞一下尋找
切確位置是在 西園路19巷與西園路25巷中間 從19巷算過去第二間
(從中園路右轉南園路再右轉西園路後,靠右邊)

負責招呼的老闆娘很熱情!! 幫你裝好蛋餅後,會先讓你自己弄醬料
有三種醬料,醬油、辣豆瓣、"這個" 因為第一次去,我只加了醬油
拿給她包的時候,她還問:你不加"這個"??
這個→一鍋看似肉燥的東西??
老實說蛋餅我只愛加醬油(還是有加蒜頭末的)
蛋餅一個30,豆漿一杯10(喝不出是真的還假的XD)

好感動!!好久沒吃到傳統蛋餅了!!(朋友媽媽有在做~但在南崁~太遠了)
外皮脆脆的,帶一點點焦香味,裡面是很軟嫩的,讚!!
真希望這類的傳統蛋餅能夠繼續存活下去阿!!!!
