問教授能不能逕博會很怪嗎？ - 留學

我大學畢業（112工學院，成績普通）正在當兵，去年12月過N1。有強烈意願想唸到博士學位，甚至希望可以的話最好連碩班都跳過。
前幾天聯絡東北大學一間我想進的實驗室，教授前天回應說只要考上就會收我，要我盡快跟大學的老師要申請用的推薦信。
教授沒說有沒有要讓我直接申請博士課程後期，所以我不確定要準備前期還是後期的出願書類。
東北大學有在讓留學生逕讀博士後期的嗎？
我這個時候問教授說我能不能直接考博士後期會不會很奇怪？
