東港很多飯湯我都吃過,
不過看到放在電視上卻讓我怎猜也猜不太出來
請問這是哪一家啊? 求地點和價錢..

今天的好吃夯仔內,帶您來品嚐,古早味。東港有家海產店的人氣商品,就是傳承三十
年的飯湯,老闆只用蘿蔔加上大骨熬的清湯作為湯底,加上滿滿的海鮮配料,每天早上、
都會有好多老客人,準時報到。
好好吃,今天帶您品嚐,令人懷念的古早味。東港有家海產店,他的人氣商品,是已
經傳承三十年的飯湯,老闆用堅持只用蘿蔔加上大骨熬的清湯當湯底,加上滿滿各式海鮮
配料,最後撒點胡椒粉,那種簡單但卻滿足的老味道,每天早上都會吸引固定客人,一定
要來一碗。
輕輕淋上兩湯匙的大骨湯,一碗簡單的飯湯,香味全散出來,不只香氣足,就連眼睛
都覺得好好看,一個碗裡五彩繽紛,有紅色的蝦子,咖啡色的鮪魚肉,白色的魚丸,黃色
的筍絲,還有提味的綠色芹菜,搭配著清甜的蘿蔔湯,吃一口簡單的口味,卻讓人覺得很
不簡單。
夯仔內的好滋味,其實是老闆已經傳承三十年的老味道,靠海的東港沿海一帶,飯湯
幾乎就是早期的早餐,現在速食店增加,老口味也逐漸消失,可是老闆還是堅持用最新鮮
的海鮮,像這個鮪魚塊就是當天現宰現滷,蝦子也是東港產地直送,紮實的份量,加上新
鮮的海味,還有那股懷舊的胡椒味,這碗夯仔內飯湯,也成為店內人氣料理,更有固定每
天報到的客人,一天的開始就是要從,飯湯開始。
