這次過年去了彰化玩,有幾間口袋小吃是看鄉民推薦而去
很慶幸好胃口過年有開,讓我可以吃到好吃的胡椒餅

來彰化前先做了功課,這個好胃口胡椒餅小攤子是不少在地彰化人推薦的好滋味
幸運的是過年遊彰化他們有出來擺攤
大家都是一大袋一大袋的買,趕緊加入排隊人潮
一家子人全在小攤幫忙,女兒負責打包胡椒餅及收、找錢
旁邊在包胡椒餅的是太太與其他子女(或是親戚),烤胡椒餅的重責大任就交給一家之主了
一坨坨麵糊團已經捏成包子外型在桌上stand by
包入已經醃好的肉餡與剁碎長蔥,放進鐵桶前會在餅皮刷糖水黏上芝麻
邊拍照邊被老闆女兒交代要把她爸爸拍帥一點,其實認真的男人不用濾鏡就夠帥了
老闆不疾不徐的把黏在圓柱鐵桶裡的胡椒餅卸下,堆疊在圓桶最上方
還沒拿到手已經聞到陣陣焦香,完全不需要大聲公,這股香氣是小攤的稱職公關
胡椒餅(30元)比掌心大,拿起來很沉
外皮微焦,很喜歡這種外皮焦脆的酥香感
咬開請小心!從四面八方竄出的肉汁極其燙口,但胡椒餅就是要趁熱吃
整層的青蔥脆口微辛辣,肉餡有大量的胡椒粉提味,鹹香夠勁
餅皮上薄下厚,厚的部分吸飽湯汁變軟,與最外圍的薄脆餅皮互相幫襯
肉塊吃起來比肉末過癮,帶點肥肉不影響口感
芝麻香、肉香、蔥香、麵粉香、香料香彼此融合
顧不得吃得狼狽,一口接一口根本停不下來
好險我有觀察了其他客人買的數量跟著買了兩個,吃完一個真的會意猶未盡喔!
