查了一下原po在2018年就有討論過房價的問題

看了一下,原po應該是非透天厝不買
但事實上透天厝本來就不是現在一般首購族容易購買的,或許換個想法,不要眼高手低
先從大樓入手其實也是很不錯的選擇
而2018年當時台南的預售大樓價格
現在回頭來看根本甜甜價

想當年我也是sway的死忠信徒
也時常在網路抱怨居住正義,但那麼多年過去了
環境也沒因此有什麼改變,房價還是持續張
因此與其怨天尤人,不如想辦法改變自己
假設以當時水交社五百萬的預售屋來算
簽約金五十萬。而工程款五十萬假設分兩年攤還
平均每個月還兩萬塊。房子完工後貸款八成
現在每個月還房貸約14000
相信這樣的條件大多數的板友都負擔得起
畢竟現在的環境,薪水漲的速度本來就跟不上房價漲的速度,不如先求有再求好
先從大樓開始住,等過幾年經濟能力提升了
在考慮換透天厝
不信的話你問身旁這幾年有捏下去買房的朋友
有哪一個有後悔的?
而且都會用PTT了,其實home-sale板很多實用的資訊可以查詢,有問題在那邊提出也會有
很多熱心板友的回覆
雖然大家都在靠腰房價貴的離譜,但買得起的人還是大有人在
其中更不乏無家中贊助的首購族
所以還是少抱怨、少看sway
畢竟世界不會因為你而改變!
