恩 等了快一個月終於拿到了
4/1 申辦，然後 4/30 - 5/8 才能拿

一卡通公司會開一張70元的收據，然後裡面有50元可以用。
實用的用途不明 主要是想要當成一張特別的卡收藏而已 XD
