終於去吃了口袋名單的阿財鍋貼
除了點鍋貼還點了水餃與玉米濃湯
果然名不虛傳阿!食記跟大家分享

阿財鍋貼在我的口袋名單極深處,平常真的很少會去北投阿
突然有一天腦袋~登~一下好想吃鍋貼,立馬動身出發搭捷運
走出捷運石牌站步行不到10分鐘就可以看到醒目招牌的阿財鍋貼囉!
看看這人潮,連外頭的桌椅也全是客滿狀態
店員忙到沒空理客人,一切請自助喔!(其中一個店員還掛著黑眼圈上班)
這裡的鍋貼吃法很特別,看到這快被拿光的蒜頭籃了吧!聽說在阿財吃鍋貼要配蒜頭喔!
馬上拿好餐具與蒜頭,等內用位子一空即就座
四口煎鍋根本無法應付我們這些嘴巴開開等吃的客人
本來我想點酸辣湯,但看到旁邊遞減很多的玉米濃湯馬上改變心意
填好單交給任一個店員(需先付款)就可以安心的等待餐點上桌嚕
簡單的兩菜一湯(疑?)上桌,本來沒那麼餓的肚子被竄鼻香氣誘的咕嚕咕嚕叫
玉米濃湯(25元)料多實在,火腿丁、玉米的甜讓我忘記裡面有惱人的紅蘿蔔絲
高麗菜鮮肉水餃(5元/個)
不像一般的元寶造型,比較塌有些還呈現梯形,但我不追求招財進寶所以無所謂
嗜辣者一定要加店裡的辣椒醬,我輕舔一口就辣到舌尖發麻,而且辣到還有餘韻喔
豬肉與韭黃是必備,加上片狀不同於外面絲狀的高麗菜,青菜讓豬肉更鮮甜了

等待鍋貼上桌前先了解一個店家貼出的鍋貼由來
慈禧太后喜歡吃餃子,但是涼了就不肯吃,所以御膳房只能不停的下餃子
有一天太后到後花園賞花,聞到宮牆外傳來陣陣食物香味
好奇走出宮外,香味來源是一群乞丐在吃一鍋東西
太后夾起一個,那食物麵皮煎得金黃,像餃子但皮卻不完整
咬了一口覺得皮酥餡多汁,問了是哪一位名廚作的?
乞丐們怯生生回答這些是御膳房丟掉的涼掉餃子
涼了皮全黏在一起,分開後皮扯破了只好用油煎,就是鍋貼的由來
陰錯陽差的鍋貼趕緊來看看阿財怎麼把它發揚光大
有點厚度的皮煎的赤焦,個頭也比連鎖鍋貼店來的大
阿財的鍋貼另一個特色是兩端收緊沒有開口
所以不用提醒也應該知道要小心爆汁啦!
豬後腿肉與韭黃一樣鮮甜,不沾醬就很美味,配大蒜吃很爽快喔!
阿財鍋貼果然名不虛傳,在我家旁邊我會每天報到
