台北到林內/石榴 - 雲林

最近要到"林內/石榴"之間辦事,在"雲67鄉鎮道",必須在早上10:00之前到達。
做了一些功課, 爬了文, 歸納如下:
1. 台北-斗六 莒光51車次 9:24 到達 再轉小黃 (約8.5km)
2. 日統 【7000】 最早 6:30出發 時間不明 轉小黃
3. 高鐵到新烏日, 轉乘區間車到林內或石榴 轉小黃
想請問, 哪一種比較推薦? (只要時間來得及,不要太趕...3跟1,2差兩百左右)
(如果是方案3, 區間車該坐到林內還是石榴, 叫小黃方便??) 謝謝!
