在龍山寺對面有家台南碗粿,
我看過好幾次卻都沒有進去試試看,
一方面是覺得他生意還好,
一方面是因為我對碗粿只有一家愛好,
就是高雄的郭家碗粿,
所以這天經過時突然為到一股碗粿香味,
就決定進去嚐嚐看好了。
我的肚子被龍都八寶冰給填飽了,
所以決定只點個碗粿試試看,
裡面生意普通而已,
甚至進去後櫃檯就已經準備好幾樣餐點隨時準備用餐,
感覺有休息站的feel啊
店內就是賣最簡單的碗粿跟浮水魚羹。
旁邊有好幾種醬料喔,
分別是大蒜辣椒..等,
我最愛的大蒜醬耶,
幸好不是跟老公一起來,
不然吃了大蒜這.....
噹噹噹~~
碗粿上來啦!!
看這誘人的色澤有沒有很心動啊,
碗粿就是要配上好吃的醬汁才會美味,
這碗粿一個40元,
比起其他地方似乎不算便宜優,
我還是覺得要看看它內餡有啥料再來說~
ㄚ阿~~
第一口吃下去覺得還算不錯,
醬料甜甜的在配上我加的大蒜醬還不賴,
碗粿嫩嫩的,
裡面有一塊還不小的肉,
但是內餡幾乎就那塊肉而已,
雖然肉好吃但我覺得內餡的料只有一塊肉跟一點蛋黃實在太少啦!!
它的優點是外皮不錯,
也許有的人就是喜歡吃碗粿單純的米香味,
我還是懷念高雄郭家碗粿,
料多味美,
不過這家就也可以當作北部解解饞碗粿,
愛吃料多划算的人可能會失望喔!!
