這家位在清水光華路上的炸粿,我跑了兩趟才吃到,但是真正想吃的蘿蔔糕、蚵嗲
還是無緣。第一次去是中午吃完飯,想說不知道會不會營業,因為新竹知名的北門炸粿
就是下午營業,我還以為清水的炸粿也是,當然吃完飯到這,人家店面都收的差不多了
。
原來,只賣早上!!!
第二次來買,大概十一點吧,蘿蔔糕跟蚵嗲都賣完了,只剩下米糕與肉嗲..只能說
,想吃蘿蔔糕、蚵嗲,還是早點到,別賴床!
小小的店就開了三個爐子在油炸,客人一批批來,真的生意超好。這鍋炸的火熱的
就是肉嗲。老闆這鍋炸完米糕,也跟著做起肉嗲來。想必,當天如果在睡晚一點,我可
能又什麼都買不到了。
做肉嗲的速度其實好快,鐵片上塗上粉漿、鋪上醃過的肉,再放上很多蔬菜(筊白
筍唷!!),淋上麵糊就下鍋油炸了。外帶的部分都可以幫忙切好,不過如果想自己一個
人啃一個,其實可以不用切,直接咬應該會超爽的!
肉嗲的外皮炸的酥香,調味過的肉吃起來香味滿液。那些白色的蔬菜切的很細碎,
一開始還吃不出什麼所以然,仔細品嚐後,發現是筊白筍,第一次吃到肉嗲裡面是放筊
白筍的耶!我媽一開始還不相信,但是我怎麼吃都覺得這就是筊白筍的味道,整個肉嗲
吃起來就是清爽又不會過油膩,好美味。
這個炸米糕,一開始其實我不是很愛。甜甜又帶點胡椒粉的香氣,其實愈嚼愈香,
還蠻耐吃的嘛!即使冷掉了才吃,也別有一番風味。
店家附上的醬油包跟辣醬包,辣醬相當的香,但是也辣的很有勁,不太吃辣的人還
是小心淺嚐。
雖然沒有招牌,但是紙袋上寫著「清水 白 燒炸粿」,這家超人氣的小吃攤,到清
水可別錯過了唷!
