口說成績複查rescoring - 英檢

各位大大好, 小弟在7/21當天晚上收到7/14的分數後就決定要複查(S19FFF)
7/22晚上傳真至ETS並寄信確認,收到了制式回信(7/25早上)
Regarding your inquiry:
Please note that your rescore request has not been processed to date. All
rescores are completed approximately 3 weeks after receipt at ETS and do not
appear on your account until processing has been completed.

因為有點不清不楚所以我就再寄信去詢問,獲得了一個較為肯定的確認信(7/26凌晨)

Your request for a rescoring of your July 14, 2012 iBT TOEFL test has been
received. Please allow approximately three weeks for the rescoring to be
completed. After allowing approximately three weeks please contact us again
to check on the status of your rescoring.

所以我就很焦慮的等了三個禮拜,直到這個禮拜四依然沒消息所以又寄信去詢問了
然後就收到這封令人不解的回信(8/12凌晨)
Regarding your inquiry:
Please be advised that your TOEFL IBT rescore request could not be processed
because your scores have already been reported to institutions. We regret
that we are unable to assist you.
我想想都不對,而且目前我也只有填4間可以免費送成績的學校而已
雖然我是不清楚傳出去的成績改了之後是否要再傳一次(印象中有板友說ETS會重送?)
但是這理由我實在無法接受...甚至在今天早上回了封帶有ridiculous字眼的信去
目前是打算今晚九點若無回信(ETS應該不可能回那麼快)就打電話直接過去問
本來是想等所有事件結束過後再分享給大家
但是想到從今早起床看到這封信後到現在是有點overwhelmed了
我沒有那麼多個三個禮拜可以跟ETS耗...
