想請問一下口說第四和六題通常要怎麼回答呢

我聽檔都聽得懂也都有筆記下來

我通常都會先講一個主題句
e.g., the adaptations of marine animals are important because they need to fin
d food...(類似這樣) 然後for example ...

我的問題是我常常覺得自己淪為repeat聽檔的內容而已
(repeat"內容"而已, 句型是自己的)
請問這樣是正常的嗎

(有時候會超時 例如第二個例子講不完)

請問怎樣才是漂亮的回答呢
