有鑑於日漸挺出的肚子 希望把體脂降到10%以下
目前每周搭配3-4天每日1.5-2小時的重訓
在家也都是吃電鍋蒸無油的肉類加蔬菜還有少量澱粉為主
因為工作關係 雖然彈性 但都是在外面跑
要都能吃這麼健康難度有點高!
希望可以推薦南高雄適合健身的人吃的較乾淨健康的餐廳
可以換換口味或是有些新的選擇!!!
另外徵萵苣sogo或即將開幕中華館一起健身的同好!
