從8月預約等到現在
客服人員都說要等工程師回報
這中間傳單都不知道收到幾張了
直到剛剛再度詢問客服
除了得到一樣「等到可以裝設的時候就會通知」的答案
就連費用也從預約的2年3000
變成1年2200
客服回覆說每個月價錢都會不一樣
要以實際裝設時的價錢為主
會把我的意見轉達(意思是不保證？)
突然覺得自己等得很無力
......
