Job Description
‧ Review orders to comply with Accounting policy and tax requirement and
communicate with Inside Sales for necessary adjustments required
‧ Billing related activities, including creating invoices, send
invoices/statement to customers, follow up with customers for past due
invoices
‧ Support supervisor to work with internal/external auditors for
quarterly/annual auditing activities
‧ Support supervisor to work with HQ Accounting for month‐end closing
and related financial analysis reporting
‧ Support supervisor for sales tax preparation

Requirements
‧ Education in Accounting or Business, or related experience required
‧ 1+ year experience in related Accounting field
‧ Familiar with Excel
‧ Good communication and problem solving skills
‧ Must be detail orientated
‧ Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
