我今年嫁來雲林，在北港工作，所以想在北港置產。
今天跟老公去北港逛逛房子，看了中古屋，也看了新建案，
覺得北港的房子好貴喔！
中古屋要3.4百萬，屋齡還都20幾年，
我自己比較喜歡那個新建案，但卻要600多快700萬，
有點被驚嚇到！
不曉得版上有沒有人曉得這邊的行情價，
或是剛好有認識要賣房子的人，
能夠提供我們一些資訊，
