ps. 如果這個預算也把土城納入考量，那請問有哪塊地區比較推薦?!
ps2. 朋友在北市仁愛路那邊上班(離捷運善導寺至少要步行20min)
ps3. 遠雄部份我看我朋友應該是會預算不夠了..(剛有看到大英好像還可以買?!)
這兩天陪朋友跑了北大特區裡周邊
朋友預算500~550萬 自住用 需借貸 (年輕人買房預算不多)
希望有兩房就差不多，約25~28坪，正方位格局，有車位，公設比不要太高，
之前有看了名軒萬寶隆 但剩ㄧ戶是在頂樓 40多坪(大三房+1個車位 大約808萬)
遠雄那一區部份已經喊到26~29萬/坪
連最外圍靠高速公路的 中悅維也納 ㄧ坪也要20萬多
上來問問看有沒有版友懂這塊 可以幫忙牽線一下，
其實不大想透過仲介商被賺手續費 = =
另外 想問一下 鶯歌建國國小到國華街那邊的房子比起北大這那邊好?
可能大家會都說北大好 有規劃之類，
但如果買在鶯歌那邊的新房 房貸壓力不是會比較少嗎?
我是有提供意見買在鶯歌那邊，(反正又鄰近學校，還有市場，離交流道也近)
有版友可以分析一下利弊嗎?
