這幾年因為在外地,回花蓮時會幫別人代購
所以開始瞭解不同牌子的剝皮辣椒
有參考了版上的推文,大家各自有愛好
目前吃過三家剝皮辣椒,簡單描述,供大家參考
選手一號:花岡山剝皮辣椒
塑膠罐子裝,需要冷凍。
之前有一罐中辣,但不知道實在很辣。
(整罐倒下去煮雞湯,結果雞湯報銷)
有香油的味道,撇開辣味來說
醬汁甘甜溫和且個人覺得順口
但若對脆度有要求
可能就要先試試看是不是想要的
(煮完剝皮辣椒雞湯之後,會變得更軟爛)
選手二號:周惠蘭剝皮辣椒
玻璃罐裝,需要冷凍,脆度居中
跟花岡山相比,辣度幾乎沒有
味道比較偏蠔油的味道,中規中矩
適合不敢吃辣但又想要嘗試的人
(沒煮過,無法比較)
選手三號:好醬園剝皮辣椒
玻璃罐,未開罐前不需要冰
有分配菜款跟煮湯款
配菜款有濃濃的香油味/煮湯款則是蔭醬汁
若以市面上產品形容,有點像蔭瓜醬汁的感覺
論辣度,煮湯款比配菜款辣很多
(但煮湯時我會兩者醬汁一比一下去調味)
脆度是這三者之中最脆的,這部分我很滿意
(煮完湯後還是有脆度在)
結論之,
辣度:花崗山(中辣)>>好醬園(煮湯款)>好醬園(配菜款)>周惠蘭
脆度:好醬園>周惠蘭>=花崗山
