刷信用卡顯示交易失敗卻被收費...... - 英檢

剛剛改考場時第一次刷JCB的卡結果ETS官網跑出這個訊息：
"Due to technical difficulties your order could not be processed. Your
original order is maintained. Any payment on the new order will be reversed.
Please try again later or call Customer Service for further assistance.
(E101)"
然後頁面也沒顯示考場更改成功……
本來以為是JCB的問題，所以我就換了另外一張Master Card再刷一次，
這次顯示交易成功了，但過十分鐘後兩張信用卡公司都寄了消費刷卡成功通知給我……
請問有人遇到同樣的問題嗎？
該不會會被收費兩次吧Orz
