到新莊或是明志國小的公車 - 五股

如果我從泰山的明志國小要搭車到五股的成州國小，可以搭什麼車呢？ ^^

我看了附近的站牌，站名上都沒有寫到成州國小的

以及從成州國小可以搭哪些車到新莊或是捷運站呢??
