水煎包品質退步很多人都贊同,
這讓我想起同是老中壢人的回憶:
"一X蔥油餅!!!!!!!!!!"
沒錯,就是在竹客對面那間。
沿革: 小攤位--->租店面 老闆親自煎--->請員工做 中壢--->新竹拓點
當時在念壢中時,一心蔥油餅就是常常晚上去補習時的必備美食...也是一個回憶
主要是QQ餅皮+獨特醬汁形成的特殊口感,這在當時是很少見的!
人算不如天算,畢業後10年偶然再去吃,結果令我大吃一驚...
首先: 餅皮口感很怪,硬硬的,重點是裡面的蔥非常少(咦? 這是蔥油餅?)
而且完全沒有餅皮香...
會造成這樣我想主要是因為廚子完全就沒用心,因為都被他煎到焦了...
我想能把這麼油(這間本身就比其他店家還油)的餅煎到焦也是一絕了。
我還一口氣買了兩份,咬第一口感覺就不對了,但不想浪費還是免強吃了...
剩下的就丟掉。
以後不會再去惹...
