台灣有名的小吃很多,
最特別之一莫過於豬血糕,
有名的攤位當然不少
但離我家最近的,就是這家福林橋下的豬血糕
其實我不是特別愛吃豬血糕,
但實在久聞大名,
就去一探究竟。
果然名不虛傳,10點多去,已經排了不少人了,
還好我的運氣不差,竟然給我買到了倒數最後幾支。
豬血糕的好吃當然不在話下,
不過這次讓我注意到的是,阿伯專注的表情,
手一刻都停不下來認真且樸實的模樣,
所以都是拍阿伯,沒有拍什麼血糕....
十點多騎車經過,已經不少人了

相較於隔壁的攤位....就可以看出差異(不過是滷味攤,性質不同)

就是這個常見的蒸龍?(是不是叫蒸籠阿...)造就了台灣豬血糕夜市的地位

阿伯專心調配豬血糕與醬料,並將手伸進充滿蒸氣的蒸籠。

接者以特殊的包法,把豬血糕捲起

最後我大約排了40分鐘,才把豬血糕帶回家中喀掉

(阿伯說他大約九點出來賣,也就是說兩個多小時,就把所有血糕給賣完了
我是其中買很少的,在我前面的人一次都是4支起跳。)
血糕好不好吃,見仁見智,
但在過程中可以看到阿伯對於製作的堅持,
每一步,都非常專注的在手上的血糕,我幾乎沒有看到他抬起頭,
僅有在交錢的時候,客氣的說謝謝,
本來想幫阿伯拍張正面的照片,但看他這麼認真,我實在不好意思打擾他,
一個攤位的成功,實在不是沒有道理。
