蘇迪勒颱風七號強勢襲台,中午卻意外出了太陽,
偶爾忽然冒雨也是一下子無影無蹤,
臨時決定出門覓食。
永和得和路吃完豬腳後,忽然想起雪腐。
之前被大部落客們競相介紹後人滿為患,
賣到後來乾脆不賣熱食了,只專注在冰品。
但每一次經過仍滿滿人潮,只好打退堂鼓。
心想今天風這麼強,膽子跟我一樣的人應該沒這麼多,
便折回四號公園得和路口。
停好車走到雪腐,果不其然,店裡一堆空桌,
內場一見到我,笑嘻嘻說:
"KUNI,來得正好,搞不好我們要關門打牌勒。"
坐在櫃檯一旁,點了還沒吃過的雪果系列:
芒果牛奶佐鮮芒果(NT.120)
雪腐排隊人氣至今一直未退,
若非颱風不然一定得候上一小時,
記得上一次還聽到某對情侶在隊伍中吵了起來,
男生在前頭大聲咆哮:
"排隊我okay,但為了雪花冰叫我排一小時是怎樣!"
語畢,一旁排隊的眾人臉上滿是笑意,
但都盡可能掩嘴不笑出聲來。
沒多久雪花冰上桌,依舊刨得漂亮而整齊,
如婚紗般一層層逐漸愈堆愈高就像座小山一樣。
最近連吃那麼多家冰店,還是喜歡雪腐,
不論口感還是外觀都讓我放心。
綿綿口感一直維持到最後一刻,實在不容易。
芒果切大丁,質優量多,但味道不一,
部分順滑爽甜,部分則酸度與香氣高。
不禁好奇起來,一問之下,
原來最近因為貨源不穩,所以就混了不同品種的芒果,
店員透露了其中一款是西施。
雖然是颱風天,但小雨過後,
風大溫度也相對降低不少。
來到喜愛的冰店享受炎炎夏日裡難得的涼意,
也能吃得如此盡興。
