看標題想了很久想不出八里哪裡有這種店
看到了新聞拍到店面就知道了...XD
感覺有上過新聞,看起來真的好吃了一點。

新北市八里一家賣了18年的包子店,從開幕到現在,始終維持五元的銅板價格,即使現在
原物料飛漲,包子還是沒漲價,老闆說,他們能不漲價,就是不請員工,全都自己來。
小小的店舖,即使過了中午用餐時間,上門光顧的客人還是一個接一個,不只外場忙,內
場更是忙著蒸肉包和饅頭,打開大蒸籠,陣陣水蒸氣竄出,散發著肉包香氣,肉包饅頭全
都手工製作,平日最大量八百顆,假日1200顆,而且18年來都維持一顆5塊的價格。
一顆包子一個拳頭大賣五元,老闆說真的是咬牙苦撐,因為肉包和饅頭,一定要用的麵粉
一包22公斤裝,從470元漲到530元,豬肉價格一公斤65元漲到70元,店內瓦斯桶一個月要
用20桶,這個月一桶漲50元,瓦斯支出要多1000元,電費原本一個月2萬2,電費調漲後,
一個月兩萬五,增加3千塊。
精簡人力,整家店就父與子兩個人,也是老闆維持不漲的辦法,不景氣的時代,五元零錢
價,也難怪民眾一買就是一大包。
