大概三年前陪家人去看房子
星雲街裡的中古電梯華廈
75坪開價兩千多萬附一個車位
因為不喜歡所以就買其它建案了
後來仲介跟我們說成交約 2300萬
剛剛看到傳單
同個社區 75坪(可能是不同單位)
開 4880 萬!
三年前有買房子的人應該都增值了
但還是覺得這個價格有夠敢開.........
