備孕小心得 - 好孕

被醫生診斷出一邊多囊性卵巢,一邊巧克力囊腫,最近剛懷上二寶,來跟大家分享二次懷
孕的準備。
飲食方面:
盡量清淡飲食,少吃外食的油,如果外食我都盡量吃湯麵和至少一碗菜,外面的醬也少吃
;不喝飲料和冰水,平時都喝溫水;不吃寒涼食物瓜類等。
運動方面:
2次懷孕前剛好都都有認真運動,第一次是慢跑,第二次是騎飛輪,認真運動後下個月剛
好都懷孕,我都運動到流汗至少半小時,也不要讓自己太累。
信仰方面:
我覺得在備孕路上有信仰,會讓自己比較有依靠感,我問了一間鄉下寺廟的菩薩(從小拜
的廟),祂告訴我今年可以懷孕,讓我可以繼續努力,生第一胎陣痛時,我也有默念觀音
菩薩的名號,只痛了5小時就順利自然產,信仰有時讓人覺得不可思議。
當然過程中有很多心理的煎熬沒有說,這期間放輕鬆也很重要,當然我也知道很想有孩子
很難放輕鬆,但需要找到一平衡點,第一次是在我沒預料中來的,第二次是我在努力一陣
子後,想自暴自棄放自己一個月假時,二寶就來了,以上短短心得給大家參考。
