作息要如何調整 - 學習

現在是全職考生 5x天後考試
每天至圖書館報到
作息大概是
晚上12點 睡
早上7點 起床
8點 開始念書
10點左右開始會 非 常 想 睡 覺
想睡的程度大概是會直接度咕的那種
可是大家都知道考試九成都是白天考
這時間想睡覺不對啊QAQ
通常會昏睡一個多小時
醒了之後精神很好可以撐到晚上
可是還是希望能改掉這個問題
想請問各位強大的版友們有沒有好的建議啊><
