在不使用cycloplegia情況下,Auto.準確率不高於Ret.與M.S.R.等驗光方式。

已知使用cycloplegic後之視覺習慣非平常視覺習慣,不一定適合配鏡使用。
因此在單純驗光情況下,其目的在於驗配舒適且視功能最大化之輔具,Auto.之度數僅可
做為參考,因為其數據必定存在高於其他某些驗光方式的誤差。(需考慮雙眼視功能)
但在雷射手術等情況下,其目的在於物理性消除眼球屈光不正,cycloplegic去除調節後
Auto.之度數才有其決定性。(不需考慮雙眼視功能)
討論方向與使用目的就已經不同,再怎麼吵也不會有結果。
