住到環境不太好的宿舍 - 留學

我是十月初來日本念三個月的新生，當初也就是想說短短三個月而已
所以住的地方不想太苛求就交給學校處理了，學校也幫我安排了他們的委託宿舍，
殊不知...一住近來發現跟照片的差異非常大...雖然說是套房，有廁所浴室也有廚房
但廚房琉璃台上全是油是怎麼回事...這幾天天氣一熱油還會滴下來!!
結果房間內的木造地板全變的黏黏的，我怎麼用都用不掉，剛搬進來也看到廁所還有
尿漬，床底下還有不知名衛生紙和萬年灰塵，因為剛退伍所以想說可以忍耐，但我昨
天看到一堆蟑螂頃巢而出我就崩潰了，一個月六萬日幣不算貴但也別給我這種品質阿!
宿舍管理員不是日本人，跟他反應他也是雙手一攤說是前個人留下的髒汙，TMD這理由
叫我怎麼接受!
我現在在中野坂上讀書，因為日文頗爛又找不太到資訊，想換房子也不知道有沒有人
願意接受我這種短期的，有版友有任何相關的資訊可以告訴我嗎?
