補充一些...我離開跟茶有關的行業有一段時間了
有些地方可能記錯或改變了,但應該還不至於差太多...
鹿谷的比賽茶的規定是茶農送22斤到農會那邊
抽1斤(農會好像會用批發價購買)比賽用
用這1斤去比
比賽結果出來將封條套在剩下的21斤
這21斤就是比賽茶了...
得獎有封條的比賽茶價格非常恐怖
好像也是用競標的,比賽結果出來應該當場就被訂完了...
不會流到市面上...
一般人買的比賽茶
是得獎茶莊同一批同等級的茶葉
茶的比賽會用一些比較特別的方式去評選
像是熱泡後放冷再喝
這樣才容易喝得出茶葉的苦澀與其他不好的味道
一般熱泡或冷泡茶,喝不出那麼多苦澀與不好的味道...
所以除非你是神之舌與神之鼻,不然正常喝法
茶葉在某個等級以上,都是適口性的差異
烘培、發酵的程度...
或是比較特別如金萱的奶香、被小綠葉蟬咬過的蜜香這些
一般喝茶去選擇自己喜歡的味道就好了
不用一昧去追求最高等級
