翻譯題的部份請同學記住一點，

Translation is a science as well as an art.

翻譯是一門博大精深的學問，更是一門藝術

翻譯題不會只有一種答案，

There are only better ones and worse ones.

考翻譯題的時候：記得要注意三個重點



1. 一致性(coherence)：時態，詞性，人稱，單複數要一致。

2. 關鍵字(key words)：theme-based vocabulary

3. 句 構(structure)：四大句構跟三大子句及其他必考句型

近年來，慢食運動(the slow food movement)

頗受歡迎。相對於速食文化，慢食不講求便利或快速，反而強調吃的樂趣。
它建議我們在用餐時應該好好品嚐食物的滋味。
此外，慢食運動的擁護者提倡食用不會對健康有害及污染環境的食品。
這樣的飲食哲學，已逐漸喚起消費者對於食品來源與製造過程的重視。
