亂停車 - 鶯歌

鍵盤小弟最近暑假比較常騎車在鶯歌市區跑來跑去，
不知道住在鶯歌的版友有沒有覺得鶯歌人亂停車很嚴重？
像是中正一路，常常都會有車子停在紅線上（但其實車身已經佔滿三分之二個車道），
或是公車專用的位置，導致那條路動不動就塞車。
另外還有南雅路和建國路（下午和晚上這兩個時段），可能因為小吃店和攤販林立的關係，
時常有汽車直接閃燈停在路中間就下去買東西，甚至還有逆向停的。
遇到這種情況不知道能不能打110請警察來取締？
（我朋友說要打1999，我表示懷疑)
