心得:
昨天在回完C大的文之後,拿油飯給好友
get三顆中鋼月餅,綠豆椪、蛋黃酥
超人氣的中鋼月餅,去年為了訂它半夜12:00守在網路上
只為了多訂兩盒月餅
究竟它的魅力在哪裡呢? 我想第一個是它相當平價吧?
中式月餅(明邦廳糕餅):
綠豆椪(葷.素):35.8元/個 (葷包肉鬆蛋黃/素香菇)
蛋黃酥:28.8元/顆
10入綜合月餅空盒:20元/盒(6蛋+4綠豆)/18元為綠豆椪或蛋黃酥盒
禮盒設計的紅通通,畫著吉祥的鯉魚、牡丹
印中鋼的logo,上面寫鋼業千秋鳴四海 XD"
很有台灣味道耶! 那種艷俗的感覺
提袋:13元/個
跟外面動則一顆就要100多元的月餅相比,的確實惠非常多
而且有錢還買不到
除此之外,用料實在也是一點
蛋黃酥裏頭的蛋黃大顆,
外殼有些硬實,快接近內陷的部分,軟嫩、微微酥脆
咀嚼時,濃濃的奶油味在口腔中散開
紅豆餡不會很甜,鹹蛋黃醃製烘烤的剛剛好
不腥不躁,紅豆與蛋黃混著一起吃的感覺很不錯
紅豆香濃甜膩,搭配腥鹹的蛋黃,解掉略為甜膩的感受
反而會有種相宜相乘的美妙
畢竟是顆28.8元的蛋黃酥,表皮、外觀讓人感覺沒那麼美麗
不過去年送禮時,大家收到都很高興
綠豆椪還滿大顆的,快要接近手掌肉的大小
送禮的困擾,是上面的紅色印章不是每顆都這麼完美
我比較喜歡綠豆椪,較清爽一些
外皮柔軟,層層疊疊的很有口感
綠豆泥爽口,有淡淡的清香
和肉鬆、蛋黃一起吃,鹹淡剛好
